The exhibition 'Architektura intymna, architektura porzucona' was composed from two parts: "The Emptiness" and "The Apartment", with special focus on the Silesian architecture. Architecture permanently accumulates the memory of the passing years, giving a physical testimony to historical trauma, political and social transformations. The exhibition asks about contemporary identity of Silesia. In which way it is formed by historical experience? How is/ was architecture and its inhabitants?
